Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place your machine in its original specialized packaging, including all internal foam inserts, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the exterior of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
